To perform the AI Visibility Diagnostic scan, we collect the following data: (a) Domain Name: When you run a free scan, we process the website address you enter to analyse publicly available technical signals only. (b) Email Address: We do not collect or require an email address to run the free scan or to show you the partial results. If you choose to purchase the AI Optimization Kit, your email address is collected by Stripe at checkout so we can deliver your digital purchase, send your receipt, and provide essential service updates. We may also send relevant follow-up information or offers in line with applicable marketing and consent rules. We do not collect special categories of personal data (race, health, biometrics) through this tool.
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances: (a) To provide the specific service you requested (the Audit Report). (b) To improve our proprietary scanning algorithms. (c) To contact you regarding critical vulnerabilities found in your domain infrastructure that may require professional remediation.

This application utilizes Python-based scanning logic to interrogate public web infrastructure (Robots.txt, HTML source code). No private server data is accessed during this scan; we only analyze publicly visible data points.
We use only strictly necessary cookies required for core site functionality and security. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Fonts are served via Google Fonts, which may involve the processing of your IP address for font delivery. No profiling or behavioural tracking is performed.

7. AI Discoverability Disclaimer
The "AI Readiness Score" is a proprietary metric based on current best practices for Large Language Model (LLM) optimization. A high score indicates technical compliance with known scraping protocols (OpenAI, Googlebot, Applebot) but does not guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers, as these algorithms are proprietary and constantly evolving.
Terms of Purchase & Technical Disclaimer
1. Nature of Product
AgencyRecon provides a digital "AI Optimisation Kit" consisting of technical specifications and code snippets. This is a digital information product. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once the download has been initiated.
2. Implementation Liability
AgencyRecon provides technical blueprints, not web development services. You are responsible for the manual implementation of these files. We strongly recommend updates are performed by a qualified professional on a staging environment. AgencyRecon shall not be held liable for any website downtime or functional errors resulting from the application of these files.
3. Limit of Liability
While our kit adheres to 2026 industry standards, final indexing is at the sole discretion of the AI platform providers. In the event of any dispute, the total liability of AgencyRecon to the purchaser shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product (£495).
